Sometimes it happens that guests reserve a villa/apartment without reading up on the exact position of it and on the destination they are going to visit. It seems this is the case of Matthieu (fortunately it is our first case and hopefully the last one)!
The villa's position is clearly described into the adv, along with into the tourist guide for guests showing shops an tourist attractions in the neighborhood.
It is also funny to read that Matthieu complains about the fact that the Castle (cultural attraction included into the UNESCO – world heritage list) is empty; it’s hard to imagine that an ancient building dated 1200 would had been furnished just because Matthieu want to visit it.
Matthieu does not mention and probably ignored that the villa is positioned in the heart of the National Natural Park of Alta Murgia, which is the main attraction for guests who want to stay in our property.
The awesome landscape of this natural Park, its flora and fauna are the main assets of our land and the villa is positioned right there, with also a view on the Castel which can be enjoyed from the pool side (the picture of the view is also available in the adv).
It must be also observed that the nearest supermarket is 14 km far, as mentioned into the guest guide of the adv and that several tourist attractions are achievable in a ray of 30 km (Trani, Molfetta, Andria, Barletta, Minervino Murge).
Therefore, we regret for the complaints of Matthieu, but next time – before booking another property – he should better read up on the destinations he wants to visit or simply asking more info to the host about the location.
We are very pleased to supply our guests with all the info and details about the villa, its equipments and things to do/visit in the neighborhood before they confirm their reservation; this is also why we prefer not to apply the automatic reservation offered by Airbnb.
Re to the minor issues reported by Matthieu, we will surely take count of them in order to make the stay of our guests more and more comfortable.
