Close to Wells beach and Route 1 shopping, restaurants, and etc. Private bedroom with its own full bathroom that's located in the bedroom. High-Speed WiFi, and AC/Heat. Comfy Queen sized bed with bedding linens, towels, mini-fridge, ceiling fan, first aid kit, toilet paper, iron, and blow dryer. I don't do long term rentals for the summer but please message me if you'd like to do a long term rental from October-May :)

I can host you if you've already quarantined in the state for 14 days prior to your stay. I don't have the authority to ask you for proof if you have or have not quarantined for 14 days prior and if you tell me you have then I'd love to host you.
I can host you without any restrictions if you are a Maine, New Hampshire, or Vermont resident.
I can host you without any restrictions if you are an essential workforce or caregiver.
I can host you without any restrictions if you have tested negative for Covid 72 hours before your stay.
I will have a Certificate of Compliance that the Governor of Maine has deemed that every guest other than Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire has to sign in order to stay. I will be sending them via text or email so that they can be signed and returned before there stay.
The Bedroom and its full bathroom are private with the bathroom located inside the bedroom. Has a Queen bed that's clean and refreshing. There is a mini-fridge located inside the room. There is plenty of natural light during the day from the windows and curtains for privacy.
There is no cleaning fee so I highly encourage guests if they are able to follow the easy 3 step check out procedure to help expedite turn overs so that guests can quickly check in after you.
Due to parking space limitations, if you bring more than one car, then please park your cars in back of each other instead of taking another parking space.
