Enjoy a hotel type experience with a carpeted floor and complete hotel type facilities. Compared to units in other condos, these units are well ventilated with 5 notches in residential corridors. The kitchen has a wood laminated floor while counter tops and closets are made of granite. Granite bathroom counters and there is a spacious bathrooms are floored and walled with porcelain tiles. In case of fire, there are 5 ire alarms and smoke detection system. This emergency will be able to be detected as soon as possible. The units are also installed with automatic fire sprinkler system that will put-off the fire before any kind of damage.

At the gate, there is a vehicle drop off are for those using public transport means. The other special feature is a reception lobby immediately after you enter the premises. You can make a relaxing sit at the tables of swimming pool area. You can also catch unique scenery and fresh air at the 5th floor podium level.

The entire building is under the property management of APMC (Ayala Property Management Corporation), a well know company for its superior management service. The property has 3 passenger elevators and one service elevator car. You don't have to worry of electricity blackouts as this community has a power back up generator that is always standby. The property has adequate water supply. there is a water reservoir that supplies water to all the units. If you have small kids, there is a centralized disposal area for sanitary towels. All these features ensure that cleanliness is at its highest level.
- Electricity consumption for monthly rent is not included in the rent. Utility deposit for electricity consumption of 3,000 pesos will be collected for guests staying for one month or more. The security deposit for electricity is consumable and refundable in excess of electricity consumption.
- Strictly 2pm onwards for check-in to give way to checking out guest/s and check out until 12:00nn only to give way to the coming guest (unless the coming guests will arrive late than check in time we can allow to check out late until 1pm only). After 1pm 200/hr will be charged.
- Self check- in will be done if the guest's check- in time is beyond 5pm and 11:00 p.m. And self check-out for guests leaving between 12 midnight and 6 am.
- Any damage made by the guest/s in the property shall be settled before the check out.
- Cleaning fee is for after check out and not during the stay. But you may request for cleaning during your stay for the same fee. We only change the beddings and towels once a week ( for guest/s staying a week or more) for free but you may request for change of towel anytime for a fee of 100.00/towel. And 250.00 for new beddings.
-Visitors (required security log-in at the lobby with Valid ID) are welcome but expected to obey house rules, any violations/damaged by the third party shall be guest's responsibility. No staying at night time for visitors unless paid as extra occupant.
SECURITY - Security officers are 24/7 on duty within the condominium premises to ensure the safety of our guests. We also provide Contact Nos. of the ff.: Emergency contact nos. CCTV is provided in the premises. Unit is equipped with Intercom connected to the lobby,
