This beautifully renovated farmhouse is just 50 metres from the Krokån River. Enjoy a stunning view of the river from this home. There is a pool (8 x 4 metres wide and 1.5 metres deep) in the annex and there are two separate changing rooms and a huge fire-wood sauna located adjacent to the pool. Fireplace in the living room provides a feel-good atmosphere. Relish a cup of coffee in the glazed veranda in any kind of weather with a view of the glorious nature.
Explore Krokån River by means of a canoe. You can also pick various mushrooms and berries in this region. Enjoy ski tours in winter. Elk Park is at a distance of 40 km. A pathway runs between this home and the waters. There are good fishing opportunities for salmon in Laholm, which is approximately 27 km away. In Knäred (15 km away) there is an outdoor swimming pool and pétanque court. Alternatively, in Båstad there are beautiful sports facilities and tennis courts (64 km).
