La Perla offers a gym, heated pool, business center, & game room. Rate includes Wi-Fi, basic cable, beach service which includes chairs, towels, and umbrellas.

La Perla is located directly in front of a public fishing pier that features a restaurant. You can order food and drinks to the beach. Fishing poles are available for rent as well. Jet ski rentals are very close along the beach as well.

Additional Fees:

VALET PARKING CHARGES: Guests will have access to valet parking at a one time fee of $10 which covers your parking decal for your entire stay. This fee is paid by you to La Perla directly & only one car is permitted per booking. If you have additional cars you can either rent a space or buy parking passes from the building directly.

SELF PARKING - We can rent you a self parking space at an additional cost. Inquire directly about availability and total cost for self parking.

GUEST ID'S / BEACH SERVICE / POOL ACCESS - Guests will register with the office at arrival and receive guest ID's. The cost is $25/adult and this fee is paid by you directly to La Perla's office. Your guest ID provide you access to the building, elevators, pool, and receive beach service.

TOWEL CARDS - There are a maximum of 4 towel cards per unit and 1 bedroom units only have 2 towel cards. If lost, the cost to replace is $75. Please leave all of them in the unit when you depart or we will need to charge for each car missing.

The Aventura Mall and Bal Harbour shops are quick 5 minute drives. South Beach and Fort Lauderdale are both about 25-30 minute drives. Miami International Airport (MIA) and the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL) airports are both about 30-35 minutes away.
