As a superhost I am posting my review of Natasha as I feel this guest attempted to have her stay compensated by making complaints. All of our reviews speak to the expediency with which we address any concerns and this guest was rude and unreasonable prior to checking in and throughout her stay:
This was the most unpleasant hosting experience I’ve had so far. Prior to hosting on Airbnb I have been a landlord for 30 years and this guest was rude, demeaning, disrespectful and sent our contact information to other people. Prior to check in (2 weeks) we received a call from an unknown person that was given our number by Natasha to discuss the accommodations. After checkin, we sent the checkout instructions (9 days later) at which points she complained of a mouse (exterminator said no signs of mice-no holes, mouse poop, etc) which we responded to within 2 hours that they would be there in the morning to bait and trap everything just in case. Regardless, we did all we could do and she was still ornery and painful to deal with. After checkout we found permanent red hair dye on the sheets, towels and bathroom rugs which required us to replace these items. It was an exceptionally unpleasant hosting experience and I would hate to have another host go through what we did with this guest. We feel that the entire stay was an attempt to have her stay compensated. We offered her the opportunity to check out early for a full refund but she refused. I would certainly avoid booking this guest.
