We would like to share our cabin at the edge of the woods with you. We are truly in the country and you may hear a rooster crowing in the morning, a hawk screaming, and definitely lots of bird song. You are welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen, and you may find homemade cinnamon rolls, a breakfast casserole, farm fresh eggs and strawberry jam in the refrigerator! We also have a park area with a stream flowing through it for you to enjoy while you are here.
If you bring children with you, which we gladly welcome you to, be aware there is a small body of water behind the cabin. There is a fence around the part closest to the cabin.
We have a 45-50 minute drive to Columbia and I-26 and I-77. Aiken is 30-40 minutes away.
The small town of Blackville has a family owned restaurant that offers Mennonite style cooking. There is also a barbecue restaurant that is open on the weekend.
Healing Springs is 2 miles down the road. You can stop in and fill your water bottles with the purest spring water you'll ever drink.
I'm a busy mom of 6, working mostly at home. I love to work outside on our 30 acre property and try to keep our home and guest cabin ready to host our many friends, known and unknown, at any time!!
