Our house was built in 2013, has an open concept living area with a flair of midcentury modern design elements. Upstairs holds three bedrooms and a loft space that we keep full of books. Enjoy fun artwork throughout the house!
This cozy home tucked into an idyllic neighborhood will make for a convenient and relaxing scene close to beaches, parks, and unique shopping and dining in Holland, Zeeland, and Grand Rapids.
The basement and garage are excluded from use.

I have lived in the Holland/Zeeland area for over eight years and have loved every minute of it.
As a person who likes to stay fit and active, I love being close to beautiful Lake Michigan beaches and bike paths with nature viewing points, as well as outdoor tennis and pickleball courts.
As a foodie, it is wonderful living in and near towns that boast fabulous farmers markets, dining, and shopping experiences, all the while being surrounded by friendly people.
As someone who likes to kick back and enjoy a drink with my husband and friends, the brewery and pub options are plentiful and offer great variety.
As a mom, I love this kid-friendly town that is full of parks, has a brilliant splash pad, and hosts many kids' events through the recreation department and library, among others. We are fortunate to live in a safe subdivision with no through traffic, friendly neighbors, and a plethora of young children.
As someone who loves experiencing new cultures, I enjoy taking part in Tulip Time festivities every May and attending plays at the Civic Theater, Knickerbocker Theater, and Hope College's DeWitt Center.
