The apartment is located near Preston Park in a quiet neighbourhood a five-minute walk away from Preston Park Train Station in a quiet street. Being newly refurbished if has all the amenities. A few food shops and a Tesco are close by. You can easily walk into downtown Brighton or take a bus from the bus stop which is 200 yards away.
The bedroom offers a double bed.
For extra guests, there is a double sized sofa bed in the living room for which we will provide extra linen. The bed is simple for guests themselves to fold down for sleeping, and pack away for sitting.
The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom offers a bathtub/shower.
There is a little patio outside for you to relax.

Check-in time is usually after 3pm and check-out time is usually before 11am. If you would like to arrive or leave at a different time, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
The linen for the sofa bed/air mattress will be provided, and left next to the respective item if needed.
Parking: on-street parking is possible for four hours as “pay and display”. However, there is free on-street parking just a few streets away across Dyke Road on The Droveway at Lancing Preparatory School.
