This is a newly renovated apartment on the 2nd floor of my building and is above an existing Airbnb unit that has been a great hit for the past 2 years and holds a 4.5 star rating w/ over 300+ reviews! It's in walking distance to everything Portland has to offer! It's an older building and has a lot character!
O espaço
As old as the building is, the 2nd floor sags to the left when you first walk in and levels out to the center of the room and the 3rd floor bedrooms are level. We recycle in the entryway hallway, so you will see the bins when you walk in.
Parking is as follows, there is parking for 1 vehicle, but we always tell our guests to check the street first, as it’s free parking and typically not an issue finding a spot in the neighborhood.

You have access to the apartment in it's entirety, including the small outside balcony and all of the amenities that would come with it.

We do have 1 tenant that resides in #4, aside from #1 being an Airbnb unit and us living in #2.

You may see us in passing, in the hallway, but you may not because we offer a self check in option, if it's short stay. We reside in the building in unit #2, but like to meet all of our guests.
