We live at a characteristic Dutch home built in the 1930's. In our home and garden you will find an atmosphere of blended Dutch and Indonesian culture. We enjoy our garden with its different terraces and view over the water. In our free time we like to take our boat for a tour in the area. Amsterdam and airport are closeby just like Haarlem, Leiden and some nice beaches. The trainstation is within walking distance.
We have a nice spacious bedroom available, with a double bed (2 pers). Our bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet is shared. A second toilet (shared) is located on the ground floor. We have free WiFi available. Our spacious garden is bordering open water with a touch of Indonesian culture.

We love to receive our guests in a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is included of course (inside or in the garden depending the weather). When it is nice weather we could take you for a tour with our boat through the flower fields for a small charge including snacks and drinks. Dinner can also be arranged since one of us is a chef ;-).
We have bicycles available that you can use for free during your stay to see nice flowers fields surrounding the village or go to the beaches. Please contact us on forehand if you want to make use of this.
Note: In addition we have a small bed extra available for a small child, please email us for details.
Smoking in home is not allowed, but in the garden is okay. Shoes should not be worn on the first floor (bedroom, bathroom)

We are two guys living in a village close to Amsterdam. We love to travel discovering and enjoying new cultures and people (Portugal, France, Indonesia, Thailand, etc.). Enjoying good food and drinks here (one of us is a chef). When it's nice sunny weather we love taking our boat for a tour through the local canals with friends or guests. We enjoy receiving guests from all over the world in our home that was build in the 1930's so it has a nice atmosphere. We live together with our lovely two cats. Our home is closeby from Amsterdam where of course you can do a lot (touristic, shopping, going out, museums, restaurants, clubbing etc.) But the beautiful historic cities of Haarlem and Leiden are also only 15 minutes away by train (our home is closeby from the trainstation). The world famous Keukenhof flower gardens are around the corner, as well as some nice beaches.
