I live here too, so I'm fairly available. I can be contacted if there are any issues and I'm not at home.
The gate can be opened using the fob provided and there is a key to the side gate.
There is one available car space within the gated area, however it is directly under a tree so it could get dirty when parked.
Access to the flat is only shared by one other flat although the building houses 6 flats in total.
All Pets are welcome - (Please clean there feet is they have had a muddy or wet walk)
No smoking in the flat (I can provide an ashtray to smoke outside)
Shoes can be worn in the flat, However be mindful of dirt on the carpeted areas
Tea, Coffee is available along with Milk in the Fridge.
I'm a new homeowner looking to rent my spare room and meet new people. I have used Airbnb myself but never rented my space out. I really enjoyed the times I have staying in Scotland and Barcelona and I wanted to repay the hospitality.

Nuneaton is well located in the UK and is a great base to head to the north or south.
