Within the apartment, there is a Hallway with a Utility Room for storage of coats, shoes, umbrellas and potentially luggage.
The Living Room is open plan, with a Juliette Balcony which opens onto the well maintained garden within the residential complex. There is a TV with a Freeview box and a DVD player. A corner leather suite with cushions, a book shelf, a standing ceiling light and a dining suite with four chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with four electric rings, an electric fan-assisted oven and grill with extractor fan. There is full size fridge-freezer with ice trays.
There is also a kettle, toaster, microwave oven, plates, bowls, glasses and a full range of cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has a double bed, bed-side drawers, two cabinets, bed side lamps, a clothes bin. Quilts, pillows, quilt, pillow and bed covers provided.
The en-suite bathroom has a temperature control shower head, shower cubicle, basin and toilet, heated towel rack and a full-size mirror.
The second bedroom has a standing wardrobe and a single bed.
The bathroom has a bath and shower with with temperature controlled shower head, basin and toilet, a heated towel rack and storage shelves.

On leaving the apartment, please ensure to lock the apartment, and post the the keys and parking permit through the number 32 Letterbox next to the main door.
Guests must be able to climb a single flight of stairs as there are no lifts in the complex. The stairs are not steep and easily climbed by children and elderly otherwise.
Please ensure you display the parking permit at all times, or your vehicle will be fined at your own risk.
The wifi is on a top-up basis and is not currently unlimited.

I have grown up in Yorkshire and a Northerner at heart. Working as a doctor and having lived in Leeds for many years, I know all the secret places to be :) I enjoy travelling, the theatres and a hearty get together with friends and family over a cuppa or dinner and wine. The country girl in me also loves long walks and hikes to the dales and lake district. I love an adventure be they scuba diving or climbing.
