I can host you without any restrictions if you have tested negative for Covid 72 hours before your stay.
I will have a Certificate of Compliance that the Governor of Maine has deemed that every guest other than Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire has to sign in order to stay. I will be sending them via text or email so that they can be signed and returned before there stay.

Bedding linens and towels aren't provided so bring your own, or I can provide bedding linens and towels for an additional one time fee; $10 per bed. Please let me know anytime before 10:30 am on the day of your reservation if you'd like bedding linens and towels.
Amenities included such as iron, blow dryer, toilet paper, first aid kit. Also includes use of picnic tables outside.
There is plenty of free parking on the street directly in front of the house as well as no more than 3 cars in the driveway.
There is a 3rd Floor Unit and 1st Floor Unit I rent separately that has everything separate including a separate entrance.

Wells is a very friendly and inviting place to vacation and lives up to the town motto of being the friendliest town in Maine. Maine happens to be Vacationland so we hope you come and vacation with us. Wells has plenty of eateries and places to shop along route 1.
