Though we do not live at the house we are just a 12 minutes away by automobile. We are always available by phone or in person to help with anything that you may need.
The property offers excellent access to both hiking and off-road vehicle riding areas. Nye County Ordinance Title 10, Chapter 10.10 permits off-road vehicle travel on main roadways in order to access rural riding areas. One such riding area is Mt. Charleston. The Mt. Charleston range is within 20 minutes of the house. The Range rises to 7,500 feet above the desert floor. Lower elevations contain large herds of Elk, mule deer and wild horses are frequently seen. Higher elevations host a magnificent pine forest with hiking trails and a ski resort for winter skiing. Photo opportunities and adventure are everywhere - Front Sight tactical shooting school, Death Valley National Park, Dumont Dunes, Redrock Canyon, Rhyolite ghost town, Tecopa Date Ranch, local brothels, local casinos and of course Las Vegas.
When possible if you can let us know approximately when you might check in and when you check out.
For 19 years we have called Pahrump our home. We have 3 spoiled retriever mix dogs. They insist on lots of walks in the desert which we all enjoy. We love cooking all different kinds of dishes. We love
swimming in our pool. My wife Annie works locally as a retail pharmacist and I have my own law practice.
