This lovely two bedroom former milking parlour in the tranquil hamlet of Brokerswood is within the grounds of a farmhouse dating back to Tudor times.
Located at the edge of the ancient Selwood Forest, on the Somerset/Wiltshire border, this rural retreat is ideally located close to the historic City of Bath, Longleat House and Safari Park, Stonehenge, Salisbury and is just 3 miles from the artisan market town of Frome. A direct, fast train service to London departs from nearby Westbury.
The Old Dairy is entirely self contained - it has a private entrance and space for parking up to 2 cars.
The cottage itself has a boutique feel with super comfy beds and a warm cosy atmosphere;
Spacious lounge/diner - separate kitchen - two very good sized bedrooms.
There is a big 'smart' TV in the lounge, as well as a DVD player and playstation with a selection of films and games.

We live in the farmhouse opposite and we are just a knock or a phone call away if there is anything you need during your stay.
We provide a welcome basket including breakfast items for the first morning of your stay as well as plenty of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and other kitchen essentials for the duration of your stay.
Depending on other bookings, we can often be flexible with check in/out times - please ask.
We keep horses at the farm and whilst they are very friendly (and love fuss and attention!) horses can always be unpredictable and so please do be careful if you want to say hello.
Please make yourselves at home - we just ask that you leave everything as you found it.
1 well behaved dog is welcome. Please let us know at the time of booking if your dog will be coming along. We do ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms please.

I'm from Bath originally and now live in the beautiful countryside on the outskirts of the city with my horse racing mad family.
We love welcoming guests to The Old Dairy which is within the grounds of our 16th Century farm house.
