Four bedrooms with four queen beds, one double and two full washrooms. Brand new patio set! Equipped with washer and dryer. Large Patio with a view. Large 65 inch Tv. Perfect for groups, gatherings and parties. The space can accommodate a party of up to 20 people but can comfortably sleep 8-10 people (assuming 2 people are ok sleeping on the 2 couches).

*Parking: *Covered garage parking within the building is available. Parking is $30 per night. During Tiff, Pride, Fringe festival and Caribana parking is available for $45 per night. Each parking spot can accommodate a regular sized car (coup or sedan, 5 seater cars typically) or motorcycle. Larger vehicles (such as vans, suvs and trucks) may require 2 parking spots. Parking spots are offered to other guests staying in other suites in the building as well, so it is of limited supply and offered on a first come first serve basis (not always available so please arrange in advance). Long term guests staying two weeks or more are eligible for free parking.
There is affordable underground parking available from the city about 2 to 3 blocks to the west next to the Tim Hortons and offsite parking also available.

If you are having an event, party or get together that exceeds the guest maximum listed on the listing then an additional $25/person will be charged. Please detail your full guest list. We just need to understand if everyone can fit into the unit comfortably.

Spacious private patio area and garage. Extra parking is available upon request for an extra fee. The unit can be entered through the front of the building or through the rear via the garage. Parking is $30 per night. I offer free parking to long term guests of two week stays or more. I only have one spot so this offer is not always available.

Maintenance & cleaning issues: we take complaints very seriously. If there is a cleaning or maintenance issue, we require all guests to send us a picture and a description of the problem in the Airbnb chat so we can dispatch someone.

For those interested in 1 Day only reservations or planning an event, get together, party or gathering: Do not instabook. For one day bookings there is an additional security deposit that we charge after your booking is confirmed that is refundable. You need to confirm your guest list and all requested information from the host. There will be an extra fee of $25/person for additional guests above party maximum.

For one day and or event/party reservations; you are required to sign the “House Rules Contract” within 24 hours of reservation confirmation. After your reservation is confirmed we will send you a message with a link to the “House Rules Contract”.


Commonly asked questions:

Q: Can I check in early?
A: Checkin is at 4pm. You can enter the property briefly before the check in time to drop off your bags, and you may return at 4pm (after the cleaning crew has left).

Q: Can you provide me check in details?
A: I provide the check in details within 12 hours before your reservation.

Q: Where is the property? How do I get there?
A: The property address will be disclosed to you upon booking but there is a map within the listing to show you the general area where the property is located. Full directions are provided after you confirm your reservation.

Q: How many people can I bring/sleep at the property?
A: Based on your guest list we can gauge if the property will be able to accommodate the sleeping arrangement. If you are planning on hosting an event at the property this would have to be disclosed first (along with the guest list) in order for us to determine if your reservation would work at this property.

Q: How does the security deposit work?
A: The sum of security deposit is held from your credit card by Airbnb. Damages, stains, abnormal wear & tear and or if you leave the loft in an abnormally dirty state results in some or all of your security deposit being deducted. If nothing is out of the ordinary then the security deposit is returned to you.

Q: Can I have a reduction in price or discount?
A: For stays of one week or more a discount is automatically applied to your booking. An even greater discount is applied for bookings 28 days or more:).

Q: Do you provide an iron?
A: There should be a steamer or iron in the unit. If there isn't then please report it.

Q: Where do I throw out the garbage?
A: After confirming your booking or prior to checkout you will receive instructions about garbage. We also ask Guests to put their garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins.

Q: There is bedding and towels at the property?
A: Please make sure to indicate in your booking the total number of guests staying at the property. This will let us know the number of towels and bedding that is required for your stay.

Q: Do you provide facial tissues?
A: No but you can make a special request for this.

Technicians and staff can only be dispatched during business hours between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you report an emergency issue outside of business hours a technician or staff member may not be able to arrive until the next business day. Guests understand that issues may happen and if the issue is discovered outside of business hours they may have to wait.

We are advising our staff to follow health and hygiene precautions and have implemented more frequent cleaning and disinfecting of our properties, including frequently touched objects and surfaces. The property has been deep cleaned before your check in.

We encourage our guests to read the instructions thoroughly that we send to them using the Airbnb messaging system. Important information is also contained in the listing itself.

Prior to your check in, we recommend that guests be familiar with the checkin instructions BEFORE your trip to the property. Instructions are extensive and it may be more difficult for us to tell you the instructions over the phone. If you have other accompanying guests other than yourself, then we have a strict policy that you remain the main point of contact. We can not relay instructions to guests not registered as a primary guest on Airbnb.
