Ames Street in a single family home with two units (2035 and 2035 1/2), that lock off from each other and have separate entrances. Both units share the utility/weight room. Guests will have access to the bottom level of the house, shared outside areas (patio and grill), laundry, and utility room.

Guest Access: Entire apartment with private entrance and plenty of street parking. Guests will be provided with a lockbox code for entry.
You have access to grill, back and front yards, laundry and weight room.
Trash and Recycle dumpsters in alley. Please use when leaving. Thank you.

Outras observações
The place is a garden level unit with a private entrance it is bright, clean and comfortable. One block from Sloan’s Lake and a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride to Downtown Denver.
Nice fenced in backyard, covered patio and plenty of off street parking.
Parks, bars and restaurants are just blocks away.
Walk to Target, Coffee Shops, Restaurants, Groceries, Breweries, Pubs, Post Office and the lake! It's a 2.6 mile paved loop from our place around the Sloan’s Lake and back. For lake information check out Denver Parks and Recreation/Sloan’s Lake.

Getting Around...
The light rail which is about 1 mile to the Sheridan Station/West Line. There are RTD Bus routes accessible from the house as well as Uber or Lyft to get most places. Check out the RTD site for costs and schedules.
To go skiing or boarding hit Highway 6 and head west for 45-90 minutes depending on where you are headed. Good way to hit different resorts.
Very easy to get downtown, or west toward the mountains.

About This Listing...
We are close to Sloan’s Lake Park, Highlands, Tennyson Street and Downtown Denver. Hit Grocery Stores, USPS, Target, Deli Italia, Edgewater Market, GB’s Fish Chips, Joyride Brewing, Lakeview Lounge, Skyview Bar, Rupert’s, West 29th Street, Edgewater Inn Pizza and much more.
Apartment has a nice, coziness, with location and views both ways.
The place is good for couples, small families (comfy couch), solo adventurers, and business travelers.

It is a friendly, residential neighborhood.

The neighborhood is very close to downtown Denver and directly across from Sloan's Lake. It has many amenities within walking distance as stated in overview. Also, easy access to the mountains from residence, west about 20 minutes to Red Rocks and 45-90 minutes to ski and snowboard resorts.

Kevin Robke founded DoubleUps for Beds in 2002 to solve the issues surrounding “competition for the covers” in a shared bed. Kevin, a graduate of Kansas State University (BS, in Milling Science and Management), spent his formative years in business building sales and management for agricultural processing and distribution corporations before his entrepreneurial, adventurous side took over. In the early 1990’s Kevin and a friend formed Terra Systems, a natural organic turf and shrub care company, and developed exclusive natural organic fertilization products and programs. The company was sold in 2002, and Kevin embarked on a three-year world tour, traveling to regions far and near to gain perspective on both his life and the world around him. In his travels (57 Countries along with all the USA), Kevin lived like the locals and developed relationships with those from all walks of life. A Hall of Fame rugby player, his athleticism and team spirit provided him with an insider’s look into worlds most can only dream of. Upon his return to the States, Kevin embarked on his newest endeavor: finding a solution to getting a good night’s sleep in a shared bed. Patents were approved in 2003, business operations settled in 2006, and today, DoubleUps for Beds is helping customers around the world get a good night’s sleep.
