We are surprised and deeply regret that Jawad and his family were not entirely satisfied with their stay in our house. After Jawad had spent the first few days of his trip in our apartment alone, the rest of his family arrived a few days later so that they could spent Easter together. It is always our main priority to ensure our guests feel comfortable in our home in every respect, and therefore it is regrettable that we couldn't fulfil his expectations despite our best efforts. From the beginning, we made our guest aware of the fact that we provide internet access via Wi-Fi, however this may be limited to prevent against illegal streaming. Jawad appeared to be understanding of this. Their kids and ours played together in the garden, and also did indoor activities such as playing and painting.In short, they became good friends. Here we must expressly emphasise that we are happy to meet our guests' special requests in so far as possible, however there are some things we simply do not have control over, which may now and again become apparent due to differing lifestyle habits. Despite this, we have always attempted to make every guest feel as welcome and comfortable as possible in our home, and we take pride in offering the best hospitality because we consider ourselves to be a welcoming home. In this regard, our guests receive many extras and amenities free of charge such as mineral water on arrival, tea and coffee during their stay, as well as intermediate cleaning of rooms and new bed clothes.
