This is a unique review. The private feed back categories were 4 star for accuracy, 4 cleanliness, 3 location, 5 checkin, 5 communication, 4 value. Not sure how this equates to 3 publicly. The guest asked for fans due to a heat wave which I obliged with 2 box fans and offered to instal a second window unit which they declined.
I believe the main complaint was location, which all guests have access to before booking. This is a multicultural neighborhood, when you walk around you will see people who don't look or talk like you. That is the case for most neighborhoods in New York and a main appeal of the city.
I check in regularly with all my guests and expect if they have a problem or are uncomfortable in any way to let me know and we can work it out. This guest did not say anything to me.
I am unhappy with this review and wish I would have been given the opportunity to help this guest have a better time.
