Marcia was a cause of some annoyance and anxiety for us. She, a previous guest, had stayed in our apartment called Roof Grande which is located in the same building as Blue Horizons, Both apartments were available to be booked, but she chose Blue Horizon which is about 14 Dollars per night cheaper. On arrival here, she claimed that she had wanted, actually, to book Roof Grande, and the Blue Horizon booking was an error. She now wanted us to transfer her to the Roof Grande, which was empty and available. We said fine and advised of the rate difference. She, however, decided not to pay the difference and stayed in Blue Horizon. From that time forward she became a real problem guest. In Boscobel the only internet supplier that works is FLOW. It true though, that the service is not great, but it is the only one in the area. When the internet went, we supplied her with credit to put on data. However, in spite of that, the complaints continued unceasingly. She then began to complain about a fall she says she had in our bathtub. She says the tub is badly installed. We asked her to give us a detailed written report on the incident via this message channel. However, she did not do so. The bathtub is an ordinary standard-sized bathtub. One that we use in many of our properties. It has never given any problems any where. Many guests have stayed in Blue Horizon, and we had tenants there for years. No one ever yet complained about the tub. And finally, and very seriously in Jamaica, our maintenance staff told us that she used to leave the A/C on full blast. All day and all night. Whether she was in the place or not. The A/C was running continuously. This is not a woman we want in our property again!!
