'West Quay' in the heart of Watchet, is a thoughtfully restored period cottage with many character features. There's a wood burner in the cosy beamed lounge and a mezzanine with sea views in the light, bright vaulted bedroom.

There is a table in the small courtyard area outside shared with Nick and Bea his pug. Privacy of our guests, and their dogs is always respected.
Cosy lounge with wood burner and plenty of beams!. Oak spiral staircase to bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a vaulted ceiling. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a stepladder leads from there up to the mezzanine nook with sea views. There is a comfortable single bed on the mezzanine balcony which can used by an additional, (very close!) guest by arrangement!

Nick lives next door in Clipper Cottage with his bossy little pug Bea. He will be very happy to chat or leave you in peace to enjoy your break...Between us we hope you will love the cottage and Watchet lifestyle as much as we do.
We are in the midst of a vibrant, friendly little town especially in the Summer. Great live music can be found most weekends. It's easy to find peace and tranquility on local beaches beaches and beautiful Exmoor. From the cottage you can hear the comings and goings of steam trains at Watchet Station only a couple of minutes walk away.
The West Somerset Railway will be welcoming the iconic Flying Scotsman locomotive this September. It will be hauling special trains on 5th, 6th 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th September

Give the plants a drink of water if you think they need it.
Dogs must never be left alone in the cottage. Please take care to clean up after your dog.
Leave the cottage clean and tidy.
Rubbish to go out on Wednesday night for an early morning collection on Thursday. Full black bags to go in storage box at the front of the cottages.
Check in after 3 pm Check out by 11 am. This may be flexible by arrangement.
Please remember to leave car park cards on table and keys in key safe after locking up on departure.
Nick lives next door to West Quay in Clipper Cottage with his bossy pug Bea (Beatrix Puglington) and will be responsible for ensuring your visit goes smoothly with a warm welcome.
