Located at LE12 9JB, it is 5 minutes off Junction 23 highway M1. Nearest airport is East-midland Airport (10 minutes’ drive) and nearest train station is Loughborough. There's plenty bus lanes nearby, and travelling to Leicester or Nottingham is easy. There are three grocery stores, post-office, dry cleaning, and many delicious takeaways nearby.
My house is fully equipped: unlimited WIFI, central heating, washer-dryer, and off-street parking for two cars.
This spacious single room is equipped with a standard single bed and a firm foam mattress, a long study desk, a chest of draws, and a cloth hanger. Clean bedding and towels will be provided. A key to the front door would be given to the guest upon arrival.

1. Kitchen use:
Guests have access to everything in the kitchen, including all appliances (fridge freezer, microwave, hob & oven, toaster & kettle, and washer dryer) and pots and pans. Kitchen use is limited to simple cooking only due to the lack of an extraction fan, and should be kept clean all the time.
2. Be considerate and respectful
Please be considerate toward other guests in the house and respect the property (no smoking in the house, no visitors, no pets, no loud music);
The key of the front door will be given to the guest upon arrival, and should be kept safe and returned at the end of the stay. Failure to do so will occur a fee of 30 pounds. (door lock exchange)
