In reply, Check in details are always provided on the day or night before check in if possible. The reason being is because you are given a unique code and other guests maybe booked. I did reply to you that the details for check will be provided on a few occasions so communication was sent to you. We also gave you an early check in at 10 am instead of the usual 2pm, so I am surprised that you were not happy with that. We also accommodated you and blocked out the dates you requested as you did not have the funds until the following week.
There are extra rolls of toilet paper in the vanity draw in the en-suite and an additional 3 rolls of toilet paper in the main toilet in the holder. In the linen closet there are also spare towels available as well as toilet paper. The spa runs on gas cylinders and there are 2 of them, if there was an issue, you did not contact me and this could have been easily fixed as it is simply switching the valve over to the next cylinder.
