I'll be staying in the Airstream across the driveway if you need me. I'm happy to socialize or give you space as you wish.
Five-night minimum. No smoking inside; no fireworks outside. Well-behaved pets welcome.
When inquiring or booking, please count and disclose all guests, including infants and children. Because this old house is not suited to hosting more than 9 people comfortably, we do not allow more than 9 guests of any age per stay. We charge an extra $25 per person per day for more than 5 guests, regardless of their age.
Please treat this old house as your own--with tender, loving care. No smoking, please.
On your last day, please strip the beds and bring sheets and used towels to the laundry area.
I grew up in the Southwest and spent a year in Germany after college. Now I live in the northern U.S. where we have four beautiful seasons but still not enough snow. I love to cook, knit, read, hike, camp, kayak, bike, travel, watch movies, listen to all kinds of music, and spend time with my family.
As a host, I try to be unobtrusive, but if asked the right questions, I can become very enthusiastic about the many great things to see and do in Down East Maine.
