This prime space is located just steps from Maine Medical Center, the Western Promenade, and close to many restaurants, bars and cafes in the neighborhood and is a quick mile walk to the heart of downtown Portland. This apartment was recently renovated with brand new furniture and appliances. Third (top) floor with small deck.

Located just a couple blocks from Maine Medical Center and the Western Promenade, this small-ish, private one-bedroom apartment is walking distance to the Arts District, Deering Oaks Park, and numerous restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. The apartment has an open kitchen/living room, one bedroom and a full bathroom. There is one off street parking spot available, for compact cars only, behind the building.
***WINTER PARKING: If we should have a snow storm, the day after the storm, we are required to remove all cars from the parking area so it can be properly cleaned out. From 9am through 3pm cars must be moved. Closest street parking with no time restrictions is about a half mile away so its a good time to explore the sites downtown or in our neighboring cities! The host will message through the Airbnb website/app the day of snow removal and any car left in the parking area will be charged a $100 fee***
Fresh towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels and basic kitchen items are all included. Please be prepared to supply your own food, drinks, personal products and other items that you might need to have a comfortable stay.
Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am.
Netflix is provided on the Smart TV.
The bedroom has air conditioning during the warmer months.
