The villa is in a farming village 15 minutes drive away from a beautiful 15 kilometre stretch of beach in Sabaudia (part of a nature reserve) and forest. It is 30 mins away from the mountains and a 50 minute train ride away from the centre of Rome.
We expect guests to treat the house as you would your own home. My father built the house and we love it and often use it ourselves for holidays!

I was born in London, but my family went to live in Rome, Italy when I was a baby. I spent my youth in Italy and my teen age years there, but I now live permanently in London where my husband teaches at university and I teach primary.
I return to Italy a few times every year to the house my father built 40 years ago between Rome and Naples, near the sea. Our family loves it and we know the area very well. My brother lives in Rome, so he manages the house and meets the guests when they arrive.
The area the house is in is not well-known to non-Italians, but Italians now it very well and every summer the area is busy, full of local festivals and people going to the beach.
