Sorry for the late review as I was too busy last week. I need to write back to you as it is not accurate with what you said in your review.
You expected to come 20 minutes after your instant booking. It was correct that the room was not available by then. I did say sorry as I just got back from work and you agreed to come a bit later so that I had enough time to clean the room.
I also requested that you left a bit earlier the next morning if possible
because I had to go to work. You agreed and said you would leave at about 11am. I did remind you as I saw you had a lot of stuff and it would take time to pack. You did leave at 12.40pm, not 12pm as our check out policy, and because of that I was late for my work that day.
For the dining room, you only asked for the plates and butter and I did not know what you needed.
You stayed in the bathroom for about an hour with the music on and the bathroom is shared. The other guest needed the bathroom and therefore I had to knock at the door to remind you. It is the reason why I had to give 2 star review as you are the first guest I gave such low rating since we started the Airbnb.
Our policy is to let the guests using the washing machine if stay more than 3 days. Therefore, you were not welcomed to use the washing machine. As you did not ask me, I would not explain to you about that.
I did not know if my husband did not say hello to you or not. However, if you read many other reviews, you can see what other guests say about us - very friendly and kind. You can read the review of the guest who stayed here with us at the same time as you - a five star review with very nice comments.
I would expect we use Airbnb review in a constructive manner to improve the quality of Airbnb service. I have to write such feedback to you so that other hosts and guests can have some better understanding about you as a guest.
