Siamo una squadra di 100% local runners, che amano correre per le strade della nostra città con voi! La nostra corsa di 9km parte dalla fermata metro B di Circo Massimo. Da li, correremo per il centro di Roma, raggiungendo i principali monumenti della città e passando anche per tanti gioielli nascosti che conosciamo solo noi romani. Sarà una esperienza indimenticabile correre dove hanno governato i più importanti imperatori della storia di Roma, mentre la città dorme ancora. La mattina presto la nostra città è magica ed eterna, quindi mettete la sveglia, indossate le scarpe da corsa, e venite con noi! Altre cose da tenere a mente: Ci ritroveremo all'appuntamento fuori dalla metro Circo Massimo già pronti per correre, ed alla fine torneremo nello stesso punto di partenza per una colazione di caffè e cornetto alla italiana. Non serve altro che le scarpe da corsa - troveremo acqua lungo il percorso, saremo noi a farvi le foto!

Costa Amalfitana e Pompeia saindo de Roma (dia inteiro)

During this experience we will explore the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii! Meeting point is piazza della Repubblica, Rome, near Termini Station. We will meet at 6:45 am and leave to Amalfi with our car. In Pompeii our official guide will take you on a tour at the Archaeological Park, the ruins of an ancient Roman town destroyed in 79 AD by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius. The guided tour is about 2hours and it is included in the price. For lunch we will go at a local restaurant where you will be able to taste the traditional dishes. In Amalfi you will be able to visit its small shops take awesome pictures and buy souvenirs. A tasting of local soft drinks included in the price. During summer season we spend around 2 hours on the beach in Amalfi where you can swim or just relax. We make many stops along the coast for the best views and photos. Other things to note: Included: Transportation, breakfast, private guide in Pompeii, tasting of local drinks. Not included: The ticket for Pompeii and the price for lunch.

2 FULL DAYS ADVENTURE! Enjoy the Turano lake and valley, with blue and green waters, in a valley between mountains and enchanting villages - THE REAL ITALY.. YOU'LL LOVE IT! We'll meet at Castel di Tora, a small enchanting village, included in the "Most beautiful Italian small villages" club, that you can easily reach taking a no-stop train from Rome Termini/Tiburtina to Carsoli (about 1:15 hr) where I can pickup you for a fair amount. As alternative, if you prefer I can organize a transfer from Rome with professional driver, or you can come self driving if have a car. Once met, we move with my car (already included) for a short transfer to the hiking start point: ACTIVITIES DAY 1 - medium level hiking (4-5 hours, 8 km round trip) in the Natural Park -of which I'm an Official Guide- until the peak of Mount Navegna, a terrace above two lakes, between woods and meadows, eagles and wildlife. During the hiking I'll give you many info about the Reserve and the territory - short visit of Vallecupola, the shepherds' village, with its rock and, if we're lucky, fresh cheese - return to the lake, staying in Castel di Tora one of "the most beautiful Italian villages", a medieval jewel. - dinner, including local products, water wine and coffee - overnight in the village in an old house, fully renovated, with lake and mountain view, with your private bedroom and bathroom Day 2 - breakfast - short transfer with our cars to Collalto, included in the "Italian most beautiful villages" too - easy level hiking (3 hours, 7 km) on Monte S.Giovanni where there are ruins of a Roman temple, a church with Renaissance frescos and a wonderful view of the valley - return to Collalto, guided tour of the Borgo and its monumental 1400's Castle (from outside) OR Guided Tour of the abandoned "ghost" medieval village of Borgo Monte Antuni (2km, 2hours tour) AND visit to the locals falls. ** Summer alternative** - after visiting Antuni or the Falls, you can enjoy the lake renting a kayak or a boat (small fee) for a tour of the Turano lake. In both case free time to swim and relax! Finally, if needed, we'll drop off you at Carsoli station to take the train to Rome

We will meet in front of the entrance of the "Acquedotti's Park" and we'll walk through this beautiful and charming park until the point in which I normally go to train with my apprentices and friends. Once at our spot, we'll start a perfect "functional training": I will teach you everything about this practice and we'll try together exercises to train the body for the activities performed in our daily life! Functional training has its origins in rehabilitation and interventions are designed to incorporate task and context specific practices in areas meaningful to each person with an overall goal of functional independence. At the end of the session, we'll have some time to relax and chat - with a fruit and drink -and I'll give you some exercises that you will be able to replicate easily at home at your return!:) I will be happy to share my insider knowledge suggesting the best place in town for sport and good food, so count on me! Other things to note Don't forget to bring with you sportswear and a towel!:)

Hi guys, join me and I’ll bring you to discover a magic place, which will become one of the best memories of your trip to Italy! We'll spend a FULL day together, surrounded by Nature (hiking, lake, mountains, falls), History and Culture (old village, Castle, Tower) and homemade organic food. We'll start our day visiting with an easy hike the abandoned medieval village of Antuni, with its palace, gardens, ruins and and heartbreaking view of the valley, where I'll give you many info about the history, nature and legends of the area. With an extra walk, we could also visit the hermitage with 1600's frescos. Then we walk back to have a delicious lunch, with handmade pasta and organic cheese and ham, and believe me, that will be your BEST food in Italy! After lunch we'll have a short guided tour of Castel di Tora village, included in the Top 100's small Italian villages, with a gorgeous view of the Turano Lake, one of the region’s best-kept secrets, with blue clear waters surrounded by green mountains. If we'll have time, we'll finish our day with a nice walk to the local falls, with a lush nature. Lunch and all entrance fees are included. Guided Urban Hike to the Roman Aqueduct Park

Fall in love with a different side of Rome. Join me on urban hikes that are designed to be fun, inspiring, educational, and memorable. Hike back in time in the Park of the Aqueducts – with a local expert guide – and discover how the interplay between humans and nature created one of the most significant hallmarks in civilization. Start in the hip and trendy neighborhood Pigneto and follow an ancient aqueduct, which will lead us to the so-called "Parco degli Acquedotti" - an epic, ancient Roman park where you'll experience a surreal mix of nature and several ancient aqueducts, and on days with good weather, a beautiful mountain backdrop. We'll hike for about 9 kilometers (5.5 miles), on a terrain that is also suited for beginners. Mergulho com snorkel no parque marinho de Ulysses

Durante l'attività verranno raggiunti luoghi storici, percorrendo sentieri costruiti dagli antichi romani da 2000 anni e che ancora oggi sono li. Basta indossare delle scarpe da ginnastica, al resto (maschera, pinne e boccaglio) ci penserò io. Visiteremo grotte con accesso da mare e con colori unici, osserveremo cosa si nasconde sotto il pelo dell'acqua del Parco Riviera di Ulisse. Altre cose da tenere a mente Il sentiero da percorrere è vista mare, quindi non adatto a chi soffre di vertigini
