Oui-We will make 3BakedBrie! A round Brie, a wedge Brie, and rectangular or another round Brie, that's up to you! Two of the French cheeses will be covered with a bakery fluffy crust filled with goodies and a French la-confiture/jam/or preserve. The 3rd Brie we'll bake and top with lots of goodies and can be eaten with a French Baguette or your favorite crackers. I'll provide the crackers and as a bonus I'll talk you through how to bake the French Baguette. If you like, you can bring a Baguette with your wine and I'll help you bake it. I get asked what wine goes well with this wonderful french puff pastry, and tho I'm a heavy red lover, I'll say a decent Pinot Noir, or Meritage/blend pairs well. Of course, if you have your favorite, by all means bring it! Bon Appetit!!
