O que você fará

Ramen is a kind of Japanese noodle, which is very popular and common in Japan. It features super rich, deep, and creamy soup, which is usually made from pork, beef or chicken. However, these kind of animal has higher body temperature than human's, which means the fat from these animals can't be melt and digested efficiently with human body temperature, which will cause lots of health problems.

In this activity, instead of using animal ingredients, we will use 100% vegetable ingredients to make Ramen. Even though all the ingredients are vegetable, you will still achieve a deep and rich taste. Furthermore, I will teach you why human being should eat much more vegetable than meat, how to keep your body healthy and live longer.

Worth the money 100 % I am very passionate about cooking plant based foods and was able to connect with Sho on that & could have picked his brain for hours. Best Ramen Ever!!

Sho is super charismatic and as an engineer I appreciated the technical aspect of cooking. This is probably the best ramen I had while in Japan (and I ate at several different places that offered vegan ramen). Definitely an experience I was and I learned how to choose the right soy sauce.

Sho created an incredible and authentic experience. He's love of cooking and passion for the craft made the class a highlight of our trip (not to mention delicious!). I can't wait to recommend this experience to my friends visiting Japan.

We loved every minute of our ramen making experience. Sho is an incredible host, knows and shares every detail of ramen making (and from a very important vegan perspective) and we made amazingly rich and delicious ramen. Very highly recommended!

Sho is an excellent host that combines perfectly his chemistry background and his cooking skills. He taught us how to make noodles from scratch followed by how to thoroughly construct the broth. Every step of the way he explained us about the flavor development and how flavors add up to an amazing end result. All and all, we had a good experience and eve better bowl of ramen at the end of it!

What a great experience, well worth the money - informative, educational, interesting and fun. Sho was a great host sharing his insights into cooking, flavours and methods - all with a scientific approach that helped you understand why ans how food/flavour combinations work. The ramen we made was delicious, full of flavour, much better than we've had in restaurants. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn about the Japanese way to build layers of flavour into food, also making noodles was great fun!
