O que você fará
We'll meet in Icheon, two hours from downtown Seoul, and visit Sagimakgol Ceramics Village. In this quiet and peaceful area, many ceramists gather to live and work. We'll wander through the alleys and drop by some of the small shops to see the tableware, pottery, and small ornaments crafted by locals. After the walk, we'll enjoy Korean lunch at a cozy restaurant loved by the resident artists. After lunch in the ceramics village, we'll visit a ceramics museum and studios, where we'll meet a few young ceramicists to learn about their work. After viewing one of my favorite ceramics exhibitions in the museum, we'll return to my studio, where I'll lead you through a hands-on ceramics workshop. You can try your hand at designing and creating a piece of your own.
