O que você fará

Guests will be shown that Mexican food can be very light. Additionally, guests will learn to make a variety of the menu dishes through table side demonstrations while learning about a variety of spices and techniques.
It is always my goal to show my guests that Mexican food can be very light

A taste of fresh guacamole with home-made corn tortilla chips.
(The preparation of this healthful appetizer will be demonstrated for you)

Red Snapper ceviche appetizer- served on light flour crisps

Black Bean soup garnished with queso fresco

Home cooked black beans seasoned with epazote

Mexican rice

White rice cooked in fresh tomato sauce, vegetable stock and peas

Feast of Chiles Rellenos
Stuffed poblano peppers with choices of three sautées

Meat Sautée
Ground beef and pork, almonds, raisins, tomato and herbs

Tuna Salad Sautée
Tasty tuna salad dressed with organic olive oil mayonnaise, onion, celery

Vegetarian Sautée
Mexican squash, corn kernels and mushrooms

The preparation of chiles rellenos will be partly demonstrated for you.

Corn tortillas will be available.

The guest will be visiting our OasisBnB home in National City, the second oldest city in San Diego County. Guests will dine under the stars from our deck/balcony.
