Step into a new day, out of your living room and into the scenic nature around the east coast of Australia. We'll take a walk together to find the perfect spot to get to know each other and begin this mindful/meditative movement practice.
Every one of us is so unique and I’d love to get to know you a little, especially if there’s anything specific I need to know about your body before we start. I'll tell you about how I came to teach this practice, hopefully inspiring you to dive in.
I invite you to keep an open mind as this experience includes mindfulness, meditation and movement. All of which can teach you something about yourself if you are willing to explore with curiosity.
One of the practices we will explore is called Calligraphy Qigong. It is a beautiful and unique blend of Qigong, Tai Chi and Yoga, with the movements and flow inspired by Chinese Calligraphy. It’s a whole system of health and you'll learn a 20-30 minute routine that you can easily replicate at home.
By the end of the session, my intent is for you to feel light, refreshed and inspired for the rest of your day. We'll leave time for you to share your experience and ask any questions.
