Learn to eat to enrich your life & access new ways of eating!

I truly believe eating mindfully promotes your happiness by resetting your mind to appreciate everything that surrounds you.
During this mindful eating experience, I will take you on a 1-hour journey of eating meditation that will bring you peaceful and joyful energy.

This experience is structured in three parts.

First, we will meet online via Zoom.
Then, this experience begins with an introduction to the philosophy of zen, including how to eat mindfully. I will guide you to induce relaxation through a simple exercise and breathing techniques.

Next, we start eating in a calm and relaxed state for 20 to 25 minutes. Mindful eating is one of the practices in Buddhism that is easy to implement into your own life. You may feel the connection with people, food, and nature. We’ll explore this state of peace while eating, feeling full of joy. Eating together slowly in a calm and relaxed environment will leave you feeling more grounded.

Finally, we take a moment to share what we feel together. Sharing your perspective, thoughts, and feelings is helpful for you to clear your mind, connect with others, and end the experience with a positive feeling.

Momo and our experience eating mindfully unlike any other meditation/mindful exercise we’ve done. I would highly recommend this to anyone (experienced or not)! Momo is so compassionate, thoughtful and knowledgeable. My husband and I had over an hour conversation about our experience after the session ended. We felt like we really connected with ourselves, Momo and the other participant. This was our first Airbnb experience and it was unbelievable! You have to try a session with Momo!!

Momo was fantastic and one of the best experiences so far. I am trying out many new experiences to break up my remote-work routine and have found that I am working and eating in the same environment. I have lost the joy of cooking and eating as a result, and today I have some new skills to bring me back into my body and to enjoy slow eating again. Much appreciated Momo, you are wonderful! Great experience. I’m happy that these days, internet gives the chance to connect to such beautiful people like Momo. What what a delightful human being! Let me Begin by saying that. This was a phenomenal experience. However it wouldn't have been as special if I didn't have such an engaging teacher. If you ever wondered like I did before tonight if maybe sometimes you're not paying much attention to the process of eating. And perhaps you want to work on being more mindful about the process itself) I recommend this highly. I've always been a very appreciative person. But this gave my perspective on food a whole new level of appreciation and respect.
