O que você fará

Yoga + The Philosophy of Stress Management will start with a conversation breaking down the foundations of how the body, mind and intellect do or do not work together. We will define stress, the causes of stress and how to better manage the ups and downs of your mind. The lecture includes:

- Pairing off for initial sharing and reflection
- Prompts about your current state of mind and body
- Lecture on the philosophy and how it is applicable to your life, business and relationships

After 30-45 min of conversation, Kacee will lead you through a 30 min yoga class (all levels) so that you can use that time to digest the philosophy. After class, we will close the experience with optional sharing and reflections.
Other things to note
The yoga portion of class is designed for all levels. You do not have to have any prior knowledge of yoga or philosophy. Our intention is to take high level philosophy and translate it into modern day coping skills.

Kacee is the founder of Citizen Yoga. She has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 8+ years. Citizen Yoga's mission is tied to mental health and suicide prevention through community building and helping people discover more helpful coping strategies. She lived in India for over 2.5 years and has been studying Vedic philosophy for over 10 years. Vedic philosophy offers tools similar to that of Western psychology, as well as, a deeper conversation centered around on other big life questions. If you are wanting to learn how to manage your body, mind and intellect, this is a perfect experience for you.

Hola, Kasee is an amazing teacher with a lot of experience , I enjoyed her approach into vedanta and alignment , I am also a teacher and i was able to learn some new adjustments and wish to practice with her personally in her studio when the pandemic is over...
