Along the beautiful bank of the Saigon River, we'll do a full body workout and get you sweating and feeling great for the day. It's a great way to stay in shape (or get in shape) while traveling and getting a taste of Saigon life in a memorable setting. I'm happy to cater the bootcamp for your fitness goals and abilities. Here’s a sample of a workout: Warmup with jumping jacks, butt kicks, high knees, and windmills. Circuit one: pause squat, plank, burpees. Circuit 2: walking lunges, push ups, dips. Circuit 3: jog around park, bicycles, squat jumps. Cool down with stretches. While we workout, I can give you information about HCMC and Vietnam and offer insider tips to maximize your visit.

We'll be at the Vinhomes Golden River park on the bank of the beautiful Saigon River. We exercise early in the morning to avoid the day's heat and direct sunlight. From this vantage, we are able to see District 1 and 2, and Binh Thanh. I can point out the sites to you.

Je conseille vivement cette expérience ! Paul est vraiment super sympa, on s'est très bien entendus, et je précise aussi qu'il est flexible sur les horaires ! J'ai passé un super moment de fitness matinal. Le spot choisi est idéal, c'est un petit havre de verdure et de calme dans Ho-CHi- Minh, entouré par l'eau de la rivière Saïgon, face au soleil levant. C'est un endroit parfait pour commencer la journée. Le programme sportif était équilibré et très bien proportionné, on ne s'ennuie pas une minute. Je me suis vraiment bien amusé pendant une heure, et en plus Paul est un coach très enthousiaste et très prévenant, il fait attention à adapter le programme à chaque participant! Merci encore Paul !

Paul is an excellent boot camp instructor. It was a great way to start off my day and have the energy for a day ahead in a new city! I highly recommend this AirBnB experience!
