I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods.
You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created.
During the lesson you will learn how to do:
- fresh hand made tagliatelle
- spaghetti alla carbonara
- a sauce for your tagliatelle according to the season or your desire (pesto, bolognese, tomato & basil, arrabbiata...)
menu can be changed according to your exigences (veggie, no pork , no seafood...).

During the class you can have unlimited coffee, water and very good wine (red and white)
