It will begin by all of us sharing our love for chocolate and then I will tell a brief history of cacao and chocolate. Then, we will proceed to taste cacao from around the world and understand the different flavor notes (just like wine!). Raw cacao has many benefits and unique properties that very few people know about. We will explain why this amazing ingredient has been used by humans for over 3000 years. We will go on and explain the process of making the chocolate while we do it together! The guest will pick whatever flavor they desire for the chocolate bar they will take home. In the end, we will eat a lot of chocolate!
