No need to plan your route ahead; I’ll show you around! An avid distance runner—50 half marathons (PR 1:35), 6 full marathons (PR 3:34), numerous other lengths, and counting—I’d love to lead you on a foot tour of my beautiful neighborhood.

Routes vary from 6-12 miles depending on what you’d like to see, your comfort with road running, and of course how far you’d like to go.

I’ve personally experienced the frustration of a major pace mismatch on a traveling running tour so want to be transparent: you can expect to run a 8:15-9:15 per mile on our conversational tour (note: I’m happy to slow down to up to a 10 minute mile if needed).

I started my running career with a bang in 2009--a half marathon with ZERO racing experience! Since then, I've been on countless training runs and have participated in race distances ranging from 4 miles to full marathon. Running feeds into my love of the outdoors and exploring, and I've often had to plan training runs on the fly...because life. Luckily, I am always up for the logistical challenge of fitting a run into an action-packed agenda. My latest feat was running throughout my pregnancy (including the day before!) and now running with a wee little baby.

DURATION: I put "1.5 hours" as the duration however I'm allowing run lengths to vary between 6 and 12 miles so of course that can change depending.
START TIME: I put 7:30am but this is flexible.
