Luxury one bedroom fully furnished air conditioned/heated apartment with one free secure car park bay under the building and close to everything Perth has to offer. Minutes away from Perth City, Restaurants, Bars, Crown Casino, Public Transport, Free WiFi Internet and Netflix included.
It's centrally located next to Perth City and not far from Kings Park and is close to other parks and across the road from the Swan River. There are cycle/walking paths that take you all around the river and into the city. The Crown Casino is a 1.5 km short walk along the swan river and has a vast selection of restaurants and bars. Victoria Park has one of Perth's best value restaurant and bar strips and South Perth is also minutes away which is home to Perth Zoo and more restaurants and Bars. The Airport is a 15 minute drive away. There is several supermarkets only minutes away The gym is located on the same level. The Luxury one year old apartment is fully furnished and equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker. Microwave, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, hairdryer, washing machine, clothes dryer and a clothes line, NBN WIFI Internet, Netflix. There is a Queen Size Sofa bed in the loungue room as well as a portable single bed for another child if needed, TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs to watch. The bedroom has a separate A/C unit and has a queen sized bed with luxury bedding and linen and TV/DVD player. There are built in robes with plenty of hanging space. It also has a small bedside table with an alarm clock. There is a Weber Q BBQ on the extra Large Balcony with an outdoor Dining setting and Lounge to enjoy the views. There is one Secure Car parking bay for your use located under the building. There is a Mc Donalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks located a 5 minute walk away
Victoria Park is centrally located next to Perth City and Kings Park. There is Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Cafes and shops with in walking distance

  • Posh apartment, clean and true to the pictures. Comfy and warm interiors (we were there towards the end of winter). Kitchen is nicely stocked with basic foodstuff like milk, eggs, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper etc. Loved their tea collection, we finished the lot. Macmillon Park is just a few minutes away, great for morning walks. Netflix was great, didn't work the first day but was ok for the next few days. Nice collection of DVDs available. The only negative criticism was that it is located in front of a busy road and so if you're not used to the sound of traffic then this might be a problem for you. Otherwise, fantastic place, would definitely recommend.

    Restored room in a older style rustic 1940s house. Double brick walls and block out blind will ensure you sleep soundly here. Comfortable double bed with country style hospitality. Walk to pub or train, minutes from the city, airport and casino.
    The kitchen and bathroom are very dated by modern standards. Can't be helped just yet, I'm saving to fix up these. Huge backyard all enclosed. Well behaved pets are welcome - they just need to stay out of my veggie garden but other than that your welcome to bring them
    Lathlain is a wealthy leafy suburb that is very conveniently located for travellers. The café strip of East Victoria Park, the Crown Casino, the Swan River and the airport are all very close and easy.

  • The room offers a great bed in a very quiet area. Although it was very cold in the house, I was happy to crash there in between flights and get some sleep. Going there with a licensed taxi and returning to the airport the next morning cost me $65 though, which turned it into a rather expensive stay.

The location was within walking distance to the train station, the Crown Perth, and the riverwalk trails. Susie was easy to get in touch with, and prompt to reply.   • My first time to Perth was a great experience . Susie was very warm. For her response I would rate as 10/10. We were welcome with breakfast set that includes bread,milk, butter egg, tea and coffee , oat sachet and a bowl of fruits.The apartment was beautiful and clean exactly same as in pic. Beautiful views from the huge balcony. Wifi is provided. There's full set of electrical appliances , cook ware , plates and cutlery. I love everything that is in the apartment. There's a queen size sofa bed which is great for guest. Can stay up to 4 pax. The bath room is clean and big. Shampoo, conditioner and bath liquid soap is provided . Two bath towels are provided too. Bedroom is big and beautiful with clean bedsheets . The surrounding area is quiet and very conducive. 10 mins walk to Victoria Park Central with Woolworth supermarket and Chinese mini mart. I will definitely recommend this apartment to friends as it is worth the price paid. Most important , we were given full privacy through out the stay. Thumbs up

  • This was my first visit to Perth and it was made extremely comfortable by my host Susie and the wonderful accommodation. The apartment was brand new, immaculately clean and had everything I needed. Secure parking, 10 minutes away by car from the CBD, perfect wifi, washing machine, tv, comfy bed and excellent bathroom. Top rating for this apartment, and for my host who had excellent communication skills and always made sure j had everything I needed. 10/10!

  • The flat was near perfect for my/our needs. The view is just superb and was a nice 25 minute walk away from the WACA which was our main aim. But Victoria Park station was nearby with frequent trains to get you into town. Meanwhile the surrounding neighborhood is lovely and quiet. The flat it's self is very homely - eveything was comfortable, everything works with our only gripe being the potato masher couldn't withstand British brute force! :D But if that's my only problem then that just shows how great our stay was! The communication was excellent throughout and I was left a very nice bottle of wine, some bread and a main meal just to get me up and running upon arrival which was a lovely touch. I cannot recommend this apartment enough! And should I return to Perth any time soon, then this will be my first accommodation choice.

  • The building is quite old but there is nothing wrong with the apartment. I'ts clean and the view from the balcony is really good. Probably not well suited for families with young kids but good for singles, young couples or friends. Location is excellent, 5 min to the Crown, 15 to the CBD and South Perth/Como area. Off course, super close Albany highway and all its restaurants. Just a couple of notes.   • I rented two of Susie's apartments which are side by side for a group of 13. It was probably the best options I got which has got both property sitting next to each other for such a big group. Susie was extremely accommodative in allowing early check in as the group arrived on a early-morning flight. We are very happy with the property, situated at excellent location. The place was clean and tidy, and even provided some bread and milk. Very thoughtful of the owners!

The check in process was very smooth, as Susie will provide all the required information upfront even before I reach Perth. She was very accommodative to my request for early check in. The fruits and bread provided during our check in was really a warm welcome for us. The apartment was very clean, I mean really clean. All the facilities are working well. The wifi working fine. And parking bay right infront of the main entrance. The location is superb, just 10-15 minutes drive to Perth city and 5-10 minutes drive to nearby mall i.e. Coles, Woolworths & etc. A lot of Halal restaurants located nearby such as The Sarapan, Makan 2 Cafe, Nandos & etc. I will definitely recommend Susie's apartment to my friends. The train station, Victoria Park Cafe strip and Crown Casino are all within walking distance. Right next door to Crown is the new Optus Stadium, only accessible via train.
    This house is extremely spacious with different areas for enjoyment - deck, private pool, grass, balcony, lounge, games. Every room includes a built in robe with space to hang clothes and drawers/shelves for folded clothes.
    Burswood, in the Town of Victoria Park, is a vibrant suburb with an extensive cafe strip that runs along Albany Hwy. The strip is also home to pubs, restaurants, boutiques and gift shops. The area is multi cultural and friendly. Getting to Perth City from Albany Hwy is via bus or a short walk to the train station. The Swan River runs between Victoria Park and Perth City with a beautiful green foreshore and lots of playgrounds.

The location is also convenient with nice food and supermarket nearby. It's very convenient if you intend to visit Perth City one day and venture out to Swan Valley the next, which is what we did. You mustn't miss the sunset if you stay here, the colors of the sky changes everyday. We spent our time watching the sun go down with a glass of wine - That's how you should do it here. I highly recommend Jodi's place and know that we would be back again next time we're in Perth.

    This property has an excellent location (Harper St) and a spacious layout. It is a 4 minute drive into the city, has easy access to EVERYWHERE. It's on a quiet inner city street and has easy access to trains (4 minutes walk and a multitude of buses,it is easily reachable from the airport either by car or bus. It is a 3 minute drive from the crown casino, very close to the tennis and cricket centre YOU CAN WALK TO EVERYTHING YOU NEED, SUPERMARKET, AFFORDABLE RESTAURANTS,,NICE PUB, BUS STOP, TRAIN
    Townhouse means it is a 2 storey building. There is a front courtyard where you can sit comfortably under the shade of a jacaranda tree, The front opens into a spacious lounge area which comfortable seats 7 around the large tv. Again the dining room seats upto 7 and this leads onto the fully equipped kitchen area and eventually through to the laundry and downstairs toilet. There is also a rear courtyard. Upstairs is the bathroom, separate toilet and 3 individually air conditioned bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a queen size bed. The next a double bed and the largest room has a double bed and a single bed and still lots of room for my portable cot.
    We are soooo close to Perth city 5 Minute drive!The bus is 2 minutes walk away, the train 4 Minutes away. The crown Casino is less than 1 km away. The biggest bonus is that everything you need is walking distance. Walk to Woolworths supermarket in 4 minutes and the Victoria Park shopping strip with its abundance of multicultural affordable eating houses and bars is 4 minutes walk away, just perfect! We are situated in a quiet spot close to Canning Highway which Supplies easy access to all of WA.

The apartment was as described and was just perfect. 2 x couples stayed in the apartment and it was the perfect size with enough space to cater for everyone, would also be ideal with families with 2 kids if they are happy to share a queens sized bed.   • really nice place to stay at.. very powerful inverter aircon that kept the place nice and warm.. check in was easy and seamless, amenities were all there. One thing I thought was kinda amusing was that there were an array of spices at the kitchenette, but there wasn’t any pepper. Not an inconvenience to us at all though. TV is facing the stairs so you can’t really watch it from the bed, no biggie because sofa was kinda comfy too. thank you for the wonderful stay!

    In cool Mt Lawley close to the city is our renovated cabin, a private, one bed ensuite retreat. The cabin is nestled in a garden grown from scratch on a quarter acre block at the rear of an old art deco house.
    Fully secure space, separate from the house = full privacy. WIFI in the cabin. Off street parking available if you have a car. There isn't a kitchen, but a fridge and microwave are available for keeping drinks cold and warming up food.
    One of the oldest suburbs in Perth, Mt Lawley is dotted with many interesting heritage properties. We are walking distance to ECU, the Beaufort St shops, Fitzgerald St (Coles supermarket), Northbridge and the CBD. If you need to move more quickly, there's off street parking out front, or you can catch a bus 300m away which takes you to the CBD in 12 minutes. There are 3 supermarkets close by. This is what the local real estate agent says: Famous for its ever vibrant and ever-busy Beaufort Street cafe strip, Mt Lawley is more than just an excellent destination for dining or a leisurely day out. Sitting right on the city's doorstep, and bounded by the Swan River to the east, Mt Lawley is always bustling with activity - especially when it comes to an exciting line-up of shows and festivals. The idyllic suburb featuring local art and tree-lined streets bursting with greenery, it is a mere 10 minutes from Perth. Walking distance to Beaufort street to check out the shops and maybe catch a show a the Astor theatre. Northbridge also is just a short walk away .Only five minutes walk to ECU Mt Lawly Campus. Walking distance to the city if you feel up to a 30 minute walk. Just a short walk to the shops in Beaufort street, or Innaloo shopping Centre a 10 minute drive away or accessible by bus down in Scarborough beach road.   • Emily's place is a detached cabin with a bedroom and bathroom. It opens on to a lovely paved area with lots of plants. The cabin is new on the inside and was pristine.     Our large open plan apartment is filled with sunlight and lush plants both inside and out. We have good views across to East Perth skyline and beyond. The long balcony is private and has plenty of seating. You will wake up to the sound of a water fountain outside your room each morning. The room has both curtains and a privacy blind which can shut out 100% sunlight if desired. As there is only two apartments in the building, this means less noise and more privacy. Our neighbours in the other apartment are in fact friends of ours.
    Our apartment is located in a diverse neighborhood in central Perth. The area is home to many business, industry, and apartments. For shopping and sightseeing, either walk, catch a free train or bus into Northbridge or the city in less than 10mins. There are a few great cafes nearby if you need your caffeine fix.
  • Great thanks to Brian for picking us up from the Airport in the wee hours. Room was cozily prepared for us, and there's a mini fridge and coffee machine in the room too! Cherry the dog always greet us when we comes home;) Brian's place is just 2 stops away from Perth station, and 5 mins walk to Claisebrook station so it's rather convenient to get around. Do try Brika, this modern Greek restaurant if you are staying there too, great food with economic price.

  • Brian is a very good host and made us feel welcome in his beautiful appartement. We got great tips for dinner and he helped us out with preparing our further trip. The room we stayed in was very nice. Comfortable and well equipped. You see that they have experience in hosting people because of their attention to detail. Complementary thee or Nespresso, bath products, water besides the bed... and the small messages everywhere are a big plus. We enjoyed it and would recommend it to everyone staying in Perth!

They were very thoughtful in answering our inquiries even weeks before our trip to Perth and give us the best advice. They were also very accomodating with our timing by picking us up to and fro, from the airport to his apartment, vice versa. #Location No need to explain much based on below review, location is excellent and convenient especially when travelling to Perth City. They provided us with SmartRider card which is accessible for free within transit zones for buses and subways. #Apartment The apartment turns out to be beyond our expectation! We loved their place because it feel so cosy and homely. It looks clean and the apartment looks really bright when the morning sun rises. It really feels like a home to us and personally we are very thankful to the both of them because they allow us to use their kitchen to cook some basic meals :p Their balcony layout is lovely! #Bedroom Latest news! The bed room has a lock now! Thanks Brian for listening and taking in our concern so thoughtfully! He did it on the same day when we are back in the evening. Love the room and the mini bar and all the necessary toiletries were provided. The bed warmer really helps to keep us warm in the night especially after we were out the whole day in the cold weather. Last but not least, we love both their dogs Cherrie and Dudley, and we were overjoy by the warm welcome from the both dogs. We had fun playing with them especially! The room was a good size and comes with its own private full size bathroom. The entire place was very clean and modern. The location was also very good because it is close to a train station and only 2 stops away from Perth central. Brian was also very friendly and helpful on any questions I had about Perth or getting around. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

    Our 1930's character home offers a totally private space for our guests. It comfortably fits 2 people (max 4 travelling together) and is located close to the city on a quiet street. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, large bedroom, 'breakfast' room & own bathroom!
    Your spacious, totally private area is the front wing of our home which is locked away from the rest of the house for yours and our privacy. You will not have to share any of the house with us. Your space houses 1 - 4 people travelling together with a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the breakfast room. Your space includes a large bedroom with queen-size bed, bedside table, flat screen TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, heater, ducted air conditioning (cooling only), wardrobe, iron, ironing board & luggage rack. You also have your own bathroom and another room which contains a double sofa-bed, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, table and 2 chairs. Complimentary basic breakfast supplies will be in this room on arrival (eg cereal, milk, tea and coffee). The front porch is yours alone to use with an outdoor table, 2 chairs and BBQ.
    Victoria Park has recently become a much cooler neighborhood to live and hang out in Perth. A quick walk to the end of our street will bring you to Albany Highway. You can turn left or right to walk to an endless supply of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. 1km away at John McMillan Park, the TGIF Hawkers Markets are on every Friday evening 5pm - 9pm. Lots of affordable yummy food options and live music. At the same park every Sunday morning is the Vic Park Farmers Markets from 8am - 12 noon. Great breakfast, coffee, local produce, artisan stalls and live music. 2km away is the Swan River for scenic walking, riding, dolphin spotting, picnics or a BBQ. Ask me for any recommendations for where to go in the area. I am passionate about Vic Park and supporting the businesses within it.

  • 2nd time to stay with Jane, I needed somewhere I could arrive late from the airport and the set up she has was prefect as I didn't need to disturb them, which was great. More importantly I made a mistake on the departure date so was still in the room when Jane was expecting me to be checking out, totally my fault but Jane was very accommodating and helpful, I managed to get back and clean up and get away fairly quickly but even so it was no trouble for Jane and her partner and that was much appreciated. This is certainly my first choice place when on short term visits to Perth from now on. Great place, wonderful hosts and a great location. Highly recommended.

  • We had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Jane's house although it was just a night stay. The room was self-contained with your own bathroom/toilet, hence you had your own privacy. The room was as what was shown in the listing. It was nicely furnished and I liked the wall colour and the high ceiling, as it made the room looked brighter and airy. The newly renovated bathroom/toilet was also very clean and spacious with toiletries like shampoo and shower gels being provided. Jane and Chris were very kind and welcoming hosts. Jane even offered to help us order takeaway or cook for us when she knew that we would be arriving late at her house that night. She also emailed us how to get to her place prior to our trip. Thanks Jane. The house was located in a quiet neighbourhood estate, and we had no problem finding it. As we had to leave quite early the next morning, we missed our chance saying bye-bye to Jane; luckily we met Chris at the doorstep prior to our departure. I would highly recommended Jane and Chris's house to anyone who need a short/long stay while in Perth.

  • Jane and Chris were excellent 5 star hosts. They were extremely responsive to my emails and questions throughout our stay. Their airbnb would have to be the most reasonably priced for what was offered of all the previous airbnbs I have stayed at. Jane has tastefully decorated the rooms and they were all immaculately clean. I really appreciated that she provided extra cleaning products so that we could keep our areas clean during our week long stay. There were lots of little extras too like scales for weighing luggage, travel books, and lovely smelling air fresheners. The house was a little noisy with the bare wooden floors but we hardly heard Jane and Chris. The location was great so close to public transport, supermarket and shops and only 15 minutes car drive from the airport. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Jane and Chris.

    Fine dining restaurants block away. A pizzeria in next block N bottle shop on ground floor Dominos pizza at 300 meters. Massive Willington park across the road for jogging or just soaking up the sun. Wakka stadium n Glucester park are both 5 minutes walk.
  • Great location in a leafy neighbourhood and walking distance to Perth CBD. The two-level unit is right above a bottle shop and there are quite a number of eateries nearby so that's convenient. However, I didn't realise that the unit is shared with a young family with two kids under 3yo who have very late bed times (around 11.30pm) and wake up pretty early (around 7am). The noise also travels and echoes up the stairwell, so you can hear everything happening on the lower floor. No problems for those not phased by constant noise and chatter, but probably not ideal for light sleepers. Also, the wifi is very weak at night, when everyone in the unit is using it. Apart from that, the family is nice and helpful.

  • The apartment is in great shape, family friendly, and is very clean! Just a 10 mins walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. The views from the balcony and the 2 bedrooms are really great :) Armando and Lilian are really responsive and nice hosts, and are very helpful as well. They prepared a bunch of travel guides and brochures. Armando and Lilian made us feel really welcomed and we had a really enjoyable stay:) highly recommend!

    This beautifully restored 1924 character home is right into the heart of the Victoria Park/Burswood Community. Close to Perth City CBD, Crown Casino, Swan River foreshore, Cafe Strip, shops and the domestic and international airports. The retail precinct along the cafe strip includes a variety of shops, eateries, ranging from quick take-away to licensed restaurants, taverns and pubs. Train and bus services are also easily accessible and within walking distance.
    The home offers space, comfort, character in a very central location within minutes from everything you will need for your stay, whether you are staying for work or pleasure. This home offers ample room for a family or for couples travelling together and is offered for your exclusive use. You can stretch your legs along the endless sidewalks, or rest on the spacious lawns. Perth has broad green spaces on both sides of the river. KINGS PARK - 6.3km away from your stay but much closer by a CAT bus (free public transport within the Perth CBD). Kings Park is the biggest inner city park in the world at a little over 14 square kilometres. King's Park and Botanic Gardens boast fantastic views of the city and surrounds. There are various very interesting walks around the park itself. WAR MEMORIAL - a fabulous view and the inspirational eternal flame are worth seeing. This is one of the most beautiful and well maintained parks in the world. The trees are awesome and were planted in the honour and memory of fallen soldiers. A site worth seeing. BOTANICAL GARDENS - Here you see wildflowers so beautiful and varied that are not in any other country SPECTACULAR VIEWS - Kings Park & Botanic Garden really offer the best views of the Perth skyline. Both day and night. Furthermore it is the ideal spot to walk or hike. A CAT bus (free public transport within the Perth CBD) takes you directly to the park entrance. TREE TOP WALK - There is shade under trees or walks which take you through the tree tops and allow you to see brilliant views of the city below. SWAN VALLEY 14.5km away. Only 25 minutes from the Perth city centre, Swan Valley is the oldest wine growing region of Western Australia. You will find, age, a blend of old heritage, fresh produce, first class wines, colourful culture and art. There are also a number of award winning wineries, some offering superb dinning and all offering tasting all year round. FREMANTLE 17.5km away. The historic port city of Fremantle, from its origins as a fishing port to its present-day reputation for cafes, local artwork, shopping, microbreweries and live music, are just some of the many attractions. Below are Fremantle attractions. FISHERMAN’S WHARF - is a relaxing place to visit, enjoy fish and chips or one of the many eateries. It is a working harbour so you can see the fishing boats as well as yachts. Also be sure to check out the replica tall ship. FREMANTLE PRISON - Fremantle Prison is the largest convict built prison in Australia and is Western Australia’s only World Heritage Listed Building. Enjoy an interesting historical tour of Fremantle jail guided by a retired prison officer who will show you the various parts of the prison, the jail cells, hanging gallows and exercise yard. Alternatively there is also a Tunnel tour, which is also very atmospheric and informative. FREMANTLE MARKETS (weekends only) - The Fremantle Markets built in 1897 offer a multitude of great fresh produce, food, trinkets, clothing, jewellery, skincare, souvenirs and live entertainment. A great place to shop, eat and people watch. FREMANTLE ROUNDHOUSE – The Round house was purpose built as a jail by the colonial settlers soon after their arrival in 1829. It is the oldest building in Western Australia. There are a range of views from the Round House which include the busy port of Fremantle port and adjoining coast line.

  • Best airbnb experience I've ever had. The house is newly renovated, I loved the furnishings and it had a great flow. All the rooms were a good size and the house was very clean when we arrived. 5 minute walk from the house is a great strip of restaurants. We could try a new place every night. Lastly Graham was a great host. The house had absolutely everything and anytime we had an issue he sorted it out for us that very same day. If I'm back in Perth I know I'll be staying here again.   • Carol and Kevin were excellent hosts. We were able to check in early and they helped us where possible when our bags didn’t arrive with our flight. Communication was very easy and their response was very quick. The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, quiet and the location was perfect, a short walk to the CAT-bus and the city. As a big surprise Kevin brought us the day we left to the motorhome rental office. Highly recommended.

  • We had a very comfortable stay at Carol's place. The unit is very clean and tidy and is well equipped. The unit is conveniently located within the Perth City Free Transit Zone. We caught the frequent free buses ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ) just on the doorstep to the unit into the city and back from the city. The Blue Cat is just a short walk away to take you into Northbridge. A supermarket is also located just a short walk away. Would recommend to anyone visiting Perth.

  • 9일간 머물렀어요.^^ 정말 큰 저택에 방이 너무 예쁘고 전망도 좋았어요! 방은 3층에 있고 문이 없이 벽을 돌아 가 있는 방이었지만, 여자 혼자 지내기에도 매우 안전했고 프라이버시도 잘 지켜졌어요. 집주인 얀띠가 너무 착하시고, 간식들도 챙겨주셔서 감사했어요! 강력 추천해요!! 와이파이도 잘 돼요. 집앞 바로에서 옐로우캣 타면 시티로 나가요 그런데 돌아올때 늦게오면 버스가 끊겨서 좀 애매하긴해요. 그래도 좋았어요~ 또 가고 싶은 집!

  • Our stay at Sam's house was great. The location in East Perth is beautiful and the room was special with a panorama view on the Swan River. It is a very quiet place in a residential area. Our hosts were very nice and helpful. Everything was well organized. In the morning we even had breakfast with fruits, cereal, bread etc. The only thing we were not so happy with was the privacy of the room. There was no door to the staircase and other guests could walk into our room. All in all we enjoyed our stay in thhis lovely part of Perth.

  • The room and it's views are great. As others have mentioned, the absence of a door means noise travels into the room fairly easily when others are moving outside, but privacy is good, as the large screen precludes anyone looking in, and no-one came in accidentally. Noise from the nearby toilet cistern filling when used at night was prevented by slightly closing the tap on the toilet. The East Perth area is a very stylish development, with beautiful parks and waterside paved areas, and a magnificent pedestrian bridge just 100 metres or so from the house. This made for a delightful walk of about 400meteres to the free Yellow Cat bus into town. However, when time and weather allowed, as I was attending a conference at the Perth Convention Centre, I was able to walk via the footbridge to Plain St, then to the Swan River, and a beautiful brisk walk along the river bank, looking at shags and terns fishing, skullers rowing etc in the beautiful morning air. A brisk walk to the Convention Centre took about 40min. I would highly recommend Sam's house, and hope I can return if the need arises.

    We had a great stay here. The apartment is amazingly well equipped, from toiletries, kitchen supplies, kids toys and books, it goes on and on! Hayley met us and was very pleasant and helpful. Place was very clean, tidy and quiet. Excellent location to jump on the train. Great for kids, we stayed with a baby and toddler. Would definitely stay here again.

    Staying at Breda's was amazing. The apartment is in a great location and is beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend staying here. Breda made check in and out super easy. Wish we could have stayed longer!
