Hi guys, we are renting a room in our 3 beds apt. This house is not a hotel meaning that we live here and that the value of this space is more a warm welcoming and some fun (with respect of the space of everyone) than a professional hospitality service. We are 2 mens in our 30's both working, the space is clean and fully functional. I just painted the walls a few weeks ago (due to a negative comment from 1 guest). We smoke but we will have the respect to smoke near the window if needed.
Apt on the 3rd floor, spacious. You have a playstation, a tv with channels from all over the world, and even some fitness equipments if needed. Please ask us anything if anything is missing, with are very flexible.
The 3 arena is 1 minute walking from my apt. The area is booming, you have a cinema, 2 shops, a few restaurant 2 minutes walking from here. Its a calm area with young professionals living around. The area is maybe the newest area you can find in Dublin and the flat is not more than 15 years old (witch is young for Dublin)

Just outside our door are multiple restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and a cinema. Our apartment is a 15 minute walk to the city centre and we are a 100m walk to the Luas (tram) stop. You can be at Connolly Train Station in just a few minutes walk or Luas ride. We are soooo conveniently located!

This is a very quiet secure and green apartment block. There is a mixture of residential and offices in the immediate area. Windmill Lane Recording Studios where the band U2 recorded some of their biggest albums have now been demolished and a modern office block stands in its place.

The Luas stop (Irish tram) is only a few seconds walk from the apartment and can take you to the city centre in just a few minutes. The Dart station is less than 10 minutes walk away.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms which includes 2 double beds and 3 single beds. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom. There is another bathroom that can be shared between guests from the 2 other bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own closet with plenty of storage room. The living room/dining area includes a dining table, a large sofa, a big TV with a quality sound system and high speed WiFi. There is also a balcony that you can access through the living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Feel free to use anything in the kitchen, including having a tea or coffee on us.
The apartment building is situated within the IFSC - International Financial Services Centre of Dublin. It is very close to the city centre and easily accessible via the Luas. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops in the area.

It is located in the IFSC-Dockland area with an easy access to everything: - Airport is a 15 mins ride by bus + 3 min walking; - City center 25 mins walking or 10 mins by tram; - 2 min walk to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Getting Around The tram (Luas) is a 1 min walk and takes you to the city centre in 10 min. There are several bus stops in the area as well as Dublin bikes and the train station. Walking to the centre takes around 25 minutes. TRAMWAY: the Luas Red Line is just a few steps from the apartment complex. It will take you to major Downtown areas in just about 10 min. It is also the direct tram line to major landmarks such as the Guinness Store House, Jameson factory or Phoenix Park AIRLINK EXPRESS BUS 747 (AIRPORT): just a few minutes from Airlink's bus stops. This bus will take you from and to the Dublin airport (12 euros roundtrip). TAXIS: are easily available around the area. DUBLIN BIKES: 2 minutes walking from the apartment. You can get a 3-day pass when visiting. WALKING: Get to major Downtown areas, Trinity, Temple Bar, Grafton St. in 25-35 min. DART (TRAIN): closest station is Connolly Station - a 15 min. walk. Use the Dart to discover lovely seacoast towns close to Dublin, such as Howth, Malahide, Dun Laoghaire, Dalkey and Bray. Butler’s Court apartments are located just off the Grand Canal Square. This impressive apartment is positioned on Sir John Rogerson’s Quay and within easy reach of every conceivable city amenity. It is a 2 minute walk to the new Bord Gais Energy Theatre/Grand Canal Theatre, and just across the bridge from the O2 Arena and the National Convention Centre. The apartment is well insulated, double-glazed; and has full central heating, hot water, and internet access at your disposal 24 hours a day. Secure basement car parking is also available. The apartment can be accessed via a lift/elevator. **Just recently commenced nearby is some building work. It starts in the morning around 8am and finishes around 4pm. It is not all the time during that period. Guests have stayed and said that the noise is fine but it is something that I feel is important to know about before.**
