- NOTE: The couch is not a sofa bed, but can be used for sleeping if desired - Friday bookings require minimum 2 days (ie: Friday to Sunday). - Wi-Fi - Free parking (public parking in the city center is approx $15-25 per day not including overnight). - Please note that larger vehicles such as full size pick-up trucks can be parked but might be a tight fit in the parkade. Welcome to Calgary! My 13th floor condo is perfectly located in East Village. Transit is a 2 min walk away and everything you could need is within a short walk. Telus Convention Centre, BMO Centre, Groceries, Stampede Park/Saddledome, wine/beer/, yoga, shopping, cycle paths, restaurants, Arts Commons, The National Music Centre, Inglewood (Canada's coolest hood) and Ft Calgary. Architectural Digest named our new library as a "top building in the WORLD for 2018" and its right outside my window!
Our place is great for business people or friends/couples wanting a relaxing, quiet sleep but enjoy access to this vibrant city and the beautiful Bow and Elbow Rivers. I am a native Calgarian and have lots of advice to give should you require it. Foodies rejoice, I work in the food industry so can easily help you with food/beverage recommendations! My space is cleaned meticulously with eco friendly products so anyone with sensitivities will be very happy here. I also own 2 other condos in the building on the top floors so if your dates are already booked here please have a look at my other listings https://abnb.me/PJPNuQ7rhL https://abnb.me/PJPNuQ7rhL We have a comfortable laptop friendly workspace and the wifi is the fastest available ( Internet 150) PARKING- there is no parking at all in the building but there is plenty of street parking which is free between the hours of 6pm and 9 am and all day on Sunday. The rest of the time it is less than $3/hr.. cheap! You will not have a problem finding a spot right outside the building.
The River Walk and several beautiful parks are just a few minutes to the east and downtown is just to the west- we are perfectly located between the two. The confluence of the Bow River ( world famous fly fishing!) and the Elbow River are about a 7 minute walk away. There are many restaurants and cafes to enjoy that are ALL are within an easy walk. The new Calgary Public Library is on Architectural Digests 2018 most anticipated buildings list and it’s just down the street! You’ll have an amazing view from my condo or the rooftop patio as well!
